✦ Clients can bring approved décor for FREE. No nails, screws, staples, permanent adhesive, paint, glitter/confetti, or anything damaging/staining. Client removes décor afterward; damage/excessive cleaning may result in fees. (Décor must receive prior approval).

STEP 6 PARTY FACTOR POLICIES
• CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to event time subject to availability.
• PAYMENT & DEPOSIT: A deposit is required to hold your date/time. Full remaining balance is due prior to bus departure.
• DAMAGE & CLEANING: Client is responsible for any passenger damage or excessive mess. Cleaning or repair fees will apply for biohazard cleaning or damage.
• DÉCOR RULES: No nails, screws, staples, permanent tape, glitter/confetti. All décor must be removed by client at end of trip.
• PASSENGER CAPACITY & ALCOHOL: Maximum capacity is 16 passengers. BYOB is permitted for eligible 21+ groups. No illegal substances allowed.
